Jin Yang's Single Arm Pay-Off comes in two different varieties: Fixed arm with moving plate or a moving arm with fixed plate. The Movable arm has the advantage of lowering the center of gravity of the machine to help the operators at bobbin change. Also with a lowered center of gravity the machine can be more stable. Fixed arm with movable plate was designed in order to increase the stability of the machine and decrease the vibration and noise of the machine during high speed production. Using a pneumatic cylinder to hold the bobbins allows workers to change the bobbin size without changing any adapters. It receives signals from the dancer to control the tension on the cable with its AC motor. The bobbins are held in place with adapters using a pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder gives the advantage of a wide range of bobbin sizes. The touch screen operational panel is equipped with the machine in order to ensure easiness of the operation. The operators can see the various information throughout the extrusion line at the pay-off during the production.
