The Accumulator in the extrusion line allows time in order to change the bobbin for the operator. Calculating the right amount of length of accumulator can decide the maximum line speed for the extrusion line. Jin Yang's accumulator comes in two different shapes: Vertical and Horizontal.The Vertical accumulator can be used at the plant with a limited amount of space. Jin Yang's vertical accumulator can be equipped with counter weight in order to be used with very thin cable. The horizontal accumulator is made with 6m sections. The horizontal accumulator is installed over the span of the extrusion line to save the space and maximize the accumulator length. The accumulator is equipped with a geared motor and powder clutch to control the tension of the cable.
