Jin Yang's Auto Single Take-Up is used with a smaller bobbin (Ø300 Plastic Bobbin). It is normally used in a fast speed extrusion line (tested 700 MPM).
The auto single take-up will give a fully automatic bobbin change with only need of loading and unloading the bobbins from its rail. The bobbin is held by an adapter with pneumatic cylinder.
The touch screen operational panel is equipped with the machine in order to ensure ease of operation. The operators can change the pitch, and full countered length on the touch screen.
