Jin Yang's Single Arm Type Take-Up can be configured in two different ways: movable arm, and fixed arm with movable plate. Movable arm has the advantage of lowering the center of gravity of the machine to help the operators at bobbin change. Also with lowered center of gravity the machine becomes more stable.
Fixed arm with movable plate was designed in order to increased the stability of the machine and decrease the vibration and noise of the machine at high speed production.
Jin Yang has selected servo-motor for traversing the bobbin. The servo-motor will ensure the accurate traversing pitch that operators want. The bobbins are held by an adapter with a pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder gives advantages of wide rang es of bobbin sizes.
The touch screen operational panel is equipped with the machine in order to ensure ease of operation. The operators can change the pitch, and full countered length on the touch screen.
