In the extrusion line, the Capstan is the machine that controls the main line speed. Jin Yang's Capstan comes in various shapes and sizes to satisfy the cutomer's needs 100%. The Jin Yang's Capstan can be integrated with 2nd cooling trough to decrease size and maximize the performance. The Captans are designed for ease of operation. When opening the doors, the operator will not have any difficulty putting the cable through the wheels in the capstan. The doors on capstans open forward and on top which will expose the inside of the capstan 100%, so the operator will not have to put the cable through any small hole which will decrease the company's work.
All the doors have a clear window to see the inside of the capstans, so the operator will not have to open the door during the production. All the piping and the materials used in capstans are SUS306 to increase the logetivity of the machine. The seperator can be used to remove excessvie water from the cable before the air wiper to ensure a 100% dry cable before the take-up. Jin Yang's seperator can be integrated with capstan to decrease its size. The door of the seperator is rubber sealed and locked in two different ways to prevent leakage during the production. Also, the door has a clear window to see the inside of the seperator so the operator will not have to open the door during the production.
