Jin Yang's Cone / Lifter pay-off is suitable for fast speed and fast bobbin change time.
The Cone and Lifter pay-off does not require any pay-off accumulator or stopping the line for changing the bobbins. With double cone shaped pay-offs it is much easier and faster to change the bobbin. The Cone /Lifter pay-off is equipped with either a hydraulic cylinder or geared motor, depeding on the customer's needs. Lifters are equipped with wheels and a base plate for convenience of moving bobbins into the cones. Two strings of conductors need to be welded prior to the change of bobbins. For Automotive lines, under 0.85 sqmm is recommended to be cold welded by one by one; over 0.85 sqmm just needs to be welded together, to minimize any accidents through the cross head's tools. Welding machines can be purchased through Jin Yang Machinery (3rd party company). For Jin Yang's Cone / Lifter pay-off, the customer can use either single solid conductors or stranded conductors.
