In thinner and faster cable lines, every extrusion line has a limitation on line speed, because of the take-up.
It takes time to change bobbins or coils. Even in an automated take-up, the machine has a few steps to go through before being changed. The accumulator cannot be made too long because of limited space. So the solution is to decrease amount of time it takes to change the bobbins.
JDC Machine is Jin Yang's upgraded version of an auto single take-up.
By minimizing bobbin changing stand up time, the JDC machine can increase the line speed up (max 1000 MPM).
It is also a fully automated take-up with only the need of loading and unloading the bobbins from its conveyor. According to the customer's need, JDC machine can equip coiler adapter to take-up coils instead of bobbins.
