Jin Yang manufactures 1st and 2nd cooling troughs for extrusion lines. They can be in different lengths tomeet various line speeds, materials,or the amount of space available. The cooling trough is used to maximize the line speed without sacrificing the quality of the cable. The 1st cooling trough comes right after the cross head. It is the first unit that the cable meets after the extrusion. The Advantage of Jin yang's cooling trough is that it is equipped with a pnematic cylinder to move the trough itself in a horizontal direction. This feature gives the operator the advantage of easy access to the cross head at time of cleaning or setup. Also during production the cooling trough can
be close to the cross head to shorten the time from the extrusion and the beginning of cooling. The 2nd cooling trough comes after the diameter control device and the printer (if equipped). The main purpose of the 2nd cooling trough is to maximize the line speed without sacrificing the quality of the cable. Both cooling troughs can be equipped with air wipers and suction wipers. Jin Yang's own designed wipers can change the amount of air by just turning the knob.
