With our Many years of experience with many different companies, Jin Yang has accumulated a variety of Auto-Coilers which will meet the customer's needs.
Jin Yang's auto-coiler can lead extrusion line speed up to 1000 MPM. Once the cable exits the accumulator, it will enter feeding and traversing part of the auto-coiler. Jin Yang's unique design of traversing and feeding will give satisfatory traversing with set pitch and error free feeding. Jin Yang's auto-coiler's moving arm can be several different configurations depending on the cutomer's needs. From a basic swing arm moved by pnematic cylinder to a full SUS304 moving arm to meet special occcation (picture on the right).
Jin Yang's auto-coiler can be equipped with either Manual Banding table or Automatic Banding Machine.Manual banding type will be equipped with an automatic moving arm by pneumatic cylinder, banding turn table, and motorized conveyor, or non-motorized conveyor system. The banding turn table can be 3 way or 4 way banding according to the customer. Automatic banding type will be equipped with an automatic moving arm by geared motor and banding machine (1 or 2). The moving arm by geared motor is equipped with a pneumatic locking cyliner to minimize the coiled cable losing its shape. Banding machine can be done in 3 or 4 ways depending on the customer's needs. Optional wrapping machine and pallatizer can be purchased from Jin Yang to be equipped with auto-coiler(3rd party machines). The wrapping machine is manufactured from a 3rd party company with Jin Yang's own design to ensure the fully functioning integration is error free. The touch screen operational panel is equipped with the machine in order to ensure ease of the operation.
The operator can change the pitch, and full countered length on the touch screen. The height of coil can be changed with adapters. 90% of mechanical parts are operated by pneumatic cylidners making an error free and long lasting machine. Jin Yang is continously developing the auto-coiler design to improve the quality and performance.
