We have many experiences over the years of studying and experimenting in order to perfect our products. Jin Yang's Extruders come in various sizes and shapes to meet
customer's different needs and applications. We have set different L/D and Compression Ratios for different materials from studying and experience. The extruders can be configured to be used with hopper feed, sheet feed, or both, depending on customer's need. Both types of feedings are designed by Jin Yang to maximize the material flow into the cylinder. Also the hopper can be equipped with a lifter for ease of cleaning. The heating and cooling can occur in three different ways: ceramic heater with a blower for cooling, Aluminium casting heater with blower for cooling, or water heating and cooling with a jacket over the cylinder designed by Jin Yang to maximize the performace and efficiency.
The design and shape of extruders can be changed to meet the customer's exisiting space at the plant. Even with the tightest space, we can figure out a solution with the use of 3D designing.
Jin Yang also manufactures Vertical type extruders to use with a double layer extrusion cross head.
