The Pail Packer coils cable into the specific sized drum or box. Pail Packers are needed in the computer, cell phone or other electronics cable companies, plus automotive harness companies.
By coiling into the drum or box, it is much easier to take the cables out again. Using drums can give the advantage of re-using the drum again. Boxes will give the advantage of low shipping and handling cost. With Jin Yang's long experience, we have achieved line speed of 1000 MPM with pail packer. Even with a fast line speed, Jin Yang's pail packer will put the cable in perfect shape into the drums. The drum will be changed automatically through a conveyor roller. The cover around the drum during the coiling will ensure the safety of the operator at any time. Jin Yang has decided to use a belt with wheels to pull the cable into the drums. The wheel and the belt transfers the horizontaly moving cable to vertical.
Jin Yang's wheel counter and pneumatic cylinder cable catcher will be integrated into the machine.
