With many years of extrusion automation line experience, Jin Yang Machinery has developed a fully automated take-up line with wrapping machine and optional pallatizer. When the cable coils are banded with an optional banding machine on auto-coiler, the cable coils can be wrapped through our wrapping machine. Jin Yang's wrapping machine can wrap 4 coils per minute, Producing a ready to sell product.
With many years of experience and studies, Jin Yang's wrapping machine can give our customer a clean wrapping around the cable coils. The newly developed wrapping machine on the left is the vertical wrapping type with a manual cable coil load. Jin Yang also has the automated cable coilload (picture on the bottom) directly from auto-coiler and banding machine. This machine does not require any operator's work for the fully finished product.
The only time the operator has to work on the wrapping machine is to load the wrap onto the machine when it is empty.
